Patterns in Sound

We collaborated with Colombian sound therapist Susan Rozo for a very special event exploring flow. Our PATTERNITALK accompanied a meditative, visual presentation on the patterns that shape our daily lives. Susan followed this with a healing and immersive sound workshop using traditional instruments and native techniques to open up a space for exploration, inner discovery, deep restoration and peace.
We explored questions such as with over 60% of our bodies made of water how can we be inspired to connect with the positive principles of flow? What prevents flow and how can we find more flow and freedom in our day to day lives? Why is it important to seek flow in the heart of the city and how can it engage our deeper creativity, clear blockages and restore balance amidst the daily overwhelm? Thanks to everyone who joined us!
