Pattern Power: A Curated Cultural Festival With Getty + Diaggeo
A month long curated festival celebrating life’s stripes with Guinness and Getty Images
In 2013, we took over the Londonewcastle Project Space in East London for a whole month to immerse visitors into an intriguing and tactile world of stripes, bringing our ethos of ‘celebrating pattern everywhere’ offline and into the real world.
The festival brought together some of the most illuminating minds from the worlds of fashion, art, design, health, science, technology, the environment and beyond to explore the shared impact of pattern on culture.
Visitors delved beneath the surface of pattern, with our diverse compilation of inspiring exhibits, round table industry discussions, screenings, hands-on creative workshops, pop up interactive events and the launch of studio collaborations. The festival centred around the question of how pattern can inspire us to live more positive and purposeful lives.
